What can we do if APP can not receive notifications?
OMNI PETLIFE:
1,first,check wheather the message notification of mobile phone is turned on.Click Setting-Notifications-APP Name-Allow Notification and turn on Allow Notification on mobile phone.
2,Log in to the APP to check whether the correspoding alarm notification is enabled.
What does the Move and Rest mean on APP?
OMNI PETLIFE:
When the device has not been moved for ten minutes,the device will enter inactive mode.
When the device detects a vibration,it will enter mobile mode.
Can the device be shareable?
OMNI PETLIFE:Yes,the device is for multi-users.You can share the device with your friends and familiy members to take care of the pets.
